1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging (where applicable)

2. How to Return

Email us at shaunv44@googlemail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend tracked postage.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour, subject to stock availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
